Got Ethanol?

The Chairman of the National Corn Growers Association Ethanol Committee says public information and promotion are key to increasing acceptance of ethanol among consumers and that might include a good catch phrase for the product.
“Ethanol is going to be looking at some sort of slogan that says this is a renewable fuel that we do not have to fight wars over to maintain a steady and strong fuel supply for this country,” said Steve Ruh, a corn grower from Illinois.
Ruh says it’s important to share the message that corn growers throughout the country have proved they can maintain the ethanol and food supply with corn to spare.
“Our committee and the NCGA as a whole is certainly going to make that one of our big points for ’08,” said Ruh. “We really need to take a proactive approach to this and educate our urban folks because they’re the ones who are using our product.”

Chuckie’s baaaack.
If Chuck Schumer gets his new bill through removing the tariff on slave labor-grown Brazilian ethanol your slogan will be:
“Got Passporte?”
You guys better get cracking. You might be in worse shape than you think you are.
