Hi Cathryn

I also prefer my beef to have enjoyed corn but slating farmers who have found an outlet for a different product is unseemly.

Our job is to produce what consumers ask for. Unfortunately, as farmers, we've lost touch with consumers and now have agro-processors as our customers which is what is leading us down this confrontational road.

Let's not forget that no matter how deluded or how misguided they are, the customer is ALWAYS King.

Cheers

I second the notion that Plaza III is the best steakhouse in KC. Those guys know how to select a piece of meat and they know how to prepare and serve it in style.
